Since the official launch of ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital in July 2022, the hospital has been actively engaging with healthcare partners, such as general practitioners, physiotherapists, specialists and the general public. This is done with the aim to introduce the concept and advantages of a single speciality hospital, as well as to raise awareness about orthopaedic conditions.
These efforts, as well as the reputation of the clinical partners in ALTY is reflected in the positive trend observed in terms of patient growth, both inpatient and outpatient, as well as the complexity of cases undertaken in the hospital. Orthopaedic cases, especially spine and joints related recorded a 3-fold increase since January 2022, when the hospital started offering orthopaedic services.
